Refund & Warranty Policy

Products that I manufacture are covered by a 90-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. If an item fails due to a defect or normal intended use, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or accidental damage.

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. Returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

All items are tested and confirmed to be in working condition before being sold unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing. These items are not covered by a warranty, as they are not manufactured by me.

Orders processed before 4:00 pm CST will usually be shipped same day, all other standard orders are shipped the following day

An order is deemed lost when the tracking number does not show any updates for 7 consecutive days. Please contact us with the form below for replacement/credit.

If you would prefer that the item name does not appear on your invoice, please fill out the form below with the product you would like to purchase and what you want the invoice to display instead. Once submitted, a custom invoice will be created and sent to you.
